During the last year we have been working intensively on the drafting of a code of conduct document. Such a document can only ever have a provisional interim status, it will always evolve. This document tries to capture our commitment and practices for being together in the RUSTlab. Our Lab coding emerges out of local discussions and is tightly knitted into our experiences in academia and our fields alike. It describes how we want to do (and re-do) academia.
